Our offices are located at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital at Shea, near the 101 loop and Shea boulevard and at the Barrow Neurological Institute located at Thomas road and 3rd avenue.

 

The center under the direction of Dr. Sivakumar provides consultations, electro diagnostic services (Nerve conduction studies and EMG), opportunities to participate in clinical research studies and treatment for patients with neuromuscular disorders and symptoms. Every week on Thursdays he also directs a multidisciplinary clinic with nutritionist, respiratory therapist, physical therapist, speech & swallowing therapist, mobility specialist (Wheel Chair & devices), coordinator of care for ALS and other neuromuscular diseases.
